Operation FULL MAILBOX

Yesterday Paul got a couple of cards in the mail, and he had me read them aloud a couple of times and really looked at them. I could tell it meant a lot to him. Patty mentioned this address in her previous post. If you are willing, put a card in the mail to Paul. A postcard, a short note, anything. I think it would make his day! Here is the address again:

Pate Rehabilitation Brinlee Creek
10057 Country Road 472
Anna, Texas 75409

Many thanks!
Willie

Paul:

I will always remember my visit to see you this past Saturday, for various reasons. One, I had never been to Anna, Texas before; two, the Dallas area was to get heavy rain and winds up to 60 mph due to Ike; and three, I brought you donuts and the delight in your eye when you saw them was unforgettable.

Watching you smile, laugh and give the “thumbs up” to your brother-in-law and I was a reminder to me of just how far you’ve come in such a short amount of time. I know it’s extremely frustrating to those closest to you as I’m sure the time that has passed must seem like an eternity. Again, I’m so thankful to be able to witness your progress, thankful to be a part of the community that is praying for you, and thankful for the inspiration that is your wife Patty.

Love to you and yours,
Kristine
